Exchange Policy:
1. The colour of the item we delivered is not the colour you have ordered
2. The size of the item we delivered is not the size you have ordered
Refund Policy:
1. The item had prominent quality problems or defect. Please note that no refund will be given due to subjective reasons such as the item does not fit you, it is not up to your expectations, does not like the colours etc
2. The item is out-of-stock under pre-order after you make the payment
In any case of exchange or refund:
1. Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done
2. Please send the item back to us via normal mail within 30 days
Our action:
1. We will make the exchange within 1 week if we have the item in-stock, or
2. We allow you to select other item for replacement if you do not want to wait for pre-order or item is already out-of stock under pre-order. However, the replacement item must be the same or higher price
3. We will make full refund for out of stock item
